The Advertising Standards Authority (ASA), the British advertising watchdog, launched an investigation into a tweet sent by the fast-food company in May ahead of Farage’s visit to Scotland. “Dear people of Scotland. We’re selling milkshakes all weekend. Have fun. Love BK. #justsaying,” the tweet from the official Burger King account read. The tweet was sent one day after a McDonald’s branch in Scottish capital Edinburgh confirmed that it would not be selling milkshakes on the day of Farage’s rally following a series of anti-fascist protests which were taking place against British politicians and activists....

The tourists will also miss the services of paceman Stuart Broad and left-arm spinner Zafar Ansari through injuries as they press for a series-levelling victory at the Punjab Cricket Association (PCA) stadium. “Jos is an extremely talented cricketer,” Cook told reporters, confirming Buttler will bat at number seven, while all-rounder Moeen Ali would come at four, ahead of wicketkeeper Jonny Bairstow....

In Bungie’s weekly blog, the developer went into deep details about how Crucible rankings will work in Destiny 2. First off, there are two separate Crucible ranking systems, called Valor and Glory, and six tiers, labeled Brave, Heroic, Fabled, Mythic, and finally Legend. Valor is earned by playing matches in the Quickplay, Mayhem, and Rumble playlists and is essentially a measure of how much time a player has spent in the Crucible for that Season....

Though the latest expansion has been controversial due to a number of decisions made by Bungie, such as the developer sunsetting weapons and armor out of Destiny 2’s loot pool in an attempt to shift the meta, it has also made largely positive steps forward. The launch of the Deep Stone Crypt raid was a solid event, and giving Guardians the ability to wield the Darkness has added a whole new way to approach the looter-shooter - though Bungie is still working on balancing that power....

One of the main ways to change how the game is played is by using Exotics, which have unique perks that either modify existing abilities or add completely new ones. The Witch Queen’s Exotic items are many, and while some of them are fantastic additions to Destiny 2, others didn’t quite hit the mark upon release and need further work to become viable. This includes the Exotic glaives, for example, but also the Blight Ranger Exotic helm for the Hunter, which is very bad on its own, but it became very popular because of a recent glitch....

When detectives realized that the initial call didn’t come from the house as was first suspected, but from an online source, they realized they’d been the victim of ‘swatting’, a terrible trend in which pranksters make a fake call which invokes an armed police response to an unexpecting victim. It’s a trend that has been picking up steam lately, and most pranks seem to be related to the video game industry....

Among the changes implemented with the launch of Destiny 2: Forsaken is a new system governing daily challenges for each major activity in the game. They still reward players with all-important legendary gear, it’s just that each challenge type now resets according to its own schedule. This could potentially be confusing for new players, but Bungie has stepped-in and spelled out exactly how this new system works in their weekly update....
